Hotel Oxford - Mamaia

10 minutes rom the beach; 5 mins from restaurants; i did not have to move my car at all.

prices are a bit spicy for 3***; access doors donn't close by them selves; TV was small

Breakfast is poor. The position is very good, near to the luna park. The beach is not far. The Hotel seems to be much better than the others near there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet selections was great and also they have one of the best hostest: marcel!!! Great assett to the staff!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed there for 4 nights! We were pleasantly impressed with the hotel and it's location / proximity to the beach restaurants, wire-cabin, aqua magic, etc. Very good value for money, very clean and quiet for a 3 star, better than other 4 star hotels I used before in Mamaia. The biggest asset is its staff, very polite, professional and friendly. On one occassion the batteries of our safe box run off and we had them replaced within 5 mins of letting the receptionist know we needed new ones, excellent service! We highly recommend this hotel for couples or families whether you're going for business or pleasure!

The breakfast at Sofra restaurant was good, with a generous variety of dishes that suited all tastes.

The staff's lack of attentiveness, particularly during busy hours, left much to be desired. Several requests took longer than expected to be addressed.

the price is too high for the rooms quality, the curtains were dirty, bathroom door handle was broken, tv remote control was not functioning, a/c water was flooding the balcony, parking was not monitored

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was really good and the restaurant downstairs was just renovated. More suitable for business or short stops.

The location is just at the entrance of the town in a traffic roundabout and it was really really crowded during our stay (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and police officers were blowing their whistle, angry drivers were honking. Unfortunatelly our room had window exactly in that directon therefore we couldn't stay with the open window. Not for holidays.

The staff were super friendly and breakfast was tasty! Rooms were cozy, just right for a short getaway. The only bummer was the parking was a bit tight during peak hours. Not a bad spot to chill for a couple of days, and I enjoyed the bar lounge area!

the hotel is not 4 stars but offcially 3 and truly like a 2 stars superior. the morning in my arrival day somebody called me from hotel to inform me that despite my booking, they don't have anymore room for me and they can recommand me another hotel. it was settled in the end, but this was a bad experience and the communication with staff from hotel not exactly pleasant.they acted extremly unprofessional both in management of their bookings and as well regarding communication with clients.

Our whole experience was pleasant, would definitely recommend. Stylish hotel, all of the staff were helpful and amazingly attentive, nice location between the beach in Mamaia or the old town in Tomis area. The atmosphere created was quiet! The free parking was onsite, very good service.

The breakfast was really good with plenty of choices! 👍 But the elevator was broken and there’s no attention to luggage assistance. it made it hard for my family with little ones. 😔
